Again, Rechtsanwalt Dr. Markus Rübenstahl, Board Member and Member of the Committee at WisteV, co-organizes the Neujahrstagung 2020/ Kick-Off Meeting 2020 in Frankfurt am Main. On 17th January 2020, he will also chair a panel on the topic „Strohleute und faktische Geschäftsführer im (Wirtschafts-)Strafrecht“ (Straw people and factual managers in criminal law/ white collar crime). In these two days, about 200 interested people in white-collar cime from all over Germany will attend the conference.
