Diritto penale tributario in una visione europea. Uno sguardo verso un futuro condiviso?
Last Monday (13th November 2023) Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Rübenstahl took part in the international conference on “Criminal Tax Law in European Comparison. Looking towards a common future?” at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and gave a presentation on the German criminal tax law in Italian.
The purpose of the conference is to take an comparative look at tax fraud and to examine the system in place in the main EU jurisdictions (Germany, France, Spain and Italy) in order to understand both the purpose of the different rules and the investigation procedures and guidelines of the respective criminal sanction systems.
