„Wann endet dieses Verfahren? – Ursachen und Handhabung von Umfangsverfahren im Wirtschaftsstrafrecht“/ „When will these proceedings end? – Causes and handling of extensive proceedings in commercial criminal law“

As in previous years, as Counsel Member and Member of the Committee at WisteV (Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung e.V. / Association for white-collar crime) Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Rübenstahl co-organizes the „WisteV-wistra-New Year’s Conference 2025“, which is entitled „When will these proceedings end? – Causes and handling of extensive proceedings in commercial criminal law“.

Prof. Dr. Rübenstahl will also host a panel discussion on the topic of “The external organization of extensive proceedings” in preliminary proceedings.

The annual on-site conference takes place in Frankfurt am Main and addresses to people throughout Germany who are interested in white-collar crime from all professional fields and sectors. Please note that the conference language is German.
