Dr. Markus Rübenstahl and co-writer Jonathan Wittig published the article “Strafrechtliche Unternehmenshaftung in Italien – Neues zum Legislativdekret Nr. 231 vom 8.6.2001” in the law journal RIW (Recht der Internationalen Wirtschaft). The article follows his publishing of the fundamental description of the criminal corporate liability in Italy (published in 2012, 505) and illustrates the latest developments of the Italian Corporate Sanction Law.
