The current issue of the monthly legal review ZWH (10/2019, Otto Schmidt Verlag) has just published the article of Rechtsanwalt Dr. Markus Rübenstahl, Mag. iur. with the headline “Zum Referentenentwurf eines Gesetzes zur Bekämpfung der Unternehmenskriminalität – Punitives und “abspracheförderndes” Verbandssanktionenrecht (Part 1)” on the draft bill regarding the codification of a corporate criminal responsibility in Germany. The article refers to a highly interesting, but very controversial unofficial “draft” of the German Federal Ministry of Justice of 15th August 2019.
