is the topic of the New Year’s Conference on January 19 and 20 of the White Collar Crimes Law Association/Journal of White Collar and Criminal Tax Law in Frankfurt am Main, which shall address the question of the extent to which not only procedural practice but also research and teaching at universities is meeting scientific standards.
