As Board Member and Member of the Committee at WisteV Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Markus Rübenstahl co-organizes the upcoming ABA CJS – WisteV Conference, which this year is entitled „Russia’s attack on Ukraine – Sanctions and international white collar crime“. Each panel consists of three panelists covering the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany as well as one panelist from one other jurisdiction (i.a. United Arab Emirates and Switzerland).
The conference will take place on 13 May 2022, both – on site in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and online.
