On 18.11.2019 Rechtsanwalt Dr. Markus Rübenstahl, Mag. iur. will give a lecture together with Prof Dr. Dr. h.c. Michael Kubiciel at the “Fachtagung – Steuerliche Betriebsprüfung International” in Frankfurt am Main on the topic “Cross-border criminal prosecution and the European StA – VAT and transfer prices”. The conference will focus on the tax law focal points of the tax authorities, compliance with international requirements and the improvement of legal and planning security, e.g. by tax compliance management systems.
