18 Nov Conference: WisteV-wistra-Neujahrstagung 2026 | 16./17. JAN 2026

As in previous years, as Counsel Member and Member of the Committee at WisteV (Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung e.V. / Association for white-collar crime) Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Markus Rübenstahl co-organizes the „WisteV-wistra-New Year’s Conference 2026“, which is entitled „Criminal Law & AI“.

Prof. Dr. Rübenstahl will also host a panel discussion on the topics of “Use of AI in internal investigations” and “Use of AI in media supervision – also a benefit for law enforcement”.

The annual on-site conference takes place in Frankfurt am Main and addresses to people throughout Germany who are interested in white-collar crime from all professional fields and sectors. Please note that the conference language is German.
