Dr. Markus Rübenstahl attends the Third Global White Collar Crime Institute in Prague as a panelist and speaks in the first plenary session about “extradition and red notice” under German Law. That one and a half day Institute in Prague, Czech Republic, is hosted by the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and will explore the legal complexities of white collar crime.
