Recently, the chapter “La Disciplina e le recenti evoluzioni della giurisprudenza in materia di internal investigation nell’ordinamento tedesco”, written in Italian by Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Markus Rübenstahl, together with Martha Macchiati, was published in the conference volume “Internal Investigations – Best practices e istanze di reglomentazione”. (Editors: Francecsco Centonze and Stefania Giavazzi).
His article explains the legal framework of internal investigations as well as recent developments in case law on internal investigations in German law for Italian colleagues.
The chapter is based on a lecture at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano in May 2019 during a conference for the master program of the ASGP.
