The June issue of the monthly legal review ZWH (06/2020, Otto Schmidt Verlag) has published the third part of Rechtsanwalt Dr. Markus Rübenstahl’s article „Zum Referentenentwurf eines Gesetzes zur Bekämpfung der Unternehmenskriminalität – Punitives und „abspracheförderndes“ Verbandssanktionenrecht (Teil 3)“. The third part of the four-part article deals with the procedual instruments of the VerSanG-E that promote cooperation and diversion. The article also explains the correct implementation of (privileged) internal investigations as proposed by the VerSanG-E (§§ 16-18, 41 VerSanG-E). The fourth and final part of the series will be published in July 2020.
